30 min - Basic Diagnostic Evaluation - Virtual $150 total.
You will receive an official diagnostic letter (when indicated) for your prescriber's file.
You must pay $50 deposit at time of booking appointment that is non-refundable. Balance of $100 is charged at end of appointment.

Comprehensive ADHD Evaluation for Accommodations
Payment required at time of appointment $1,500. Includes ADHD scales and other cognitive assessments as indicated. A common battery includes IQ, Achievement, Continuous Performance Test in addition to the ADHD assessments. A formal report is provided in addition to your diagnostic letter.
